**COVID-19 Secure Centre**

Here at FACT, we take your health, safety and physical and emotional well-being extremely seriously

We have worked hard to minimise the risks associated with COVID-19 to ensure your experience at our centre is enjoyable and as worry-free as possible

The ever-changing measures currently in place include, but are not limited to:

• Full risk assessment updated prior to every course delivery
• Outdoor space for lunch and comfort breaks
• Delegate temperature checks on arrival via infrared, no-touch thermometer
• Track & Trace notification if requested
• Secure entry system
• Social Distancing measures – which include 1 person per desk at 2m spacing and staggered comfort breaks
• Disposable cups / pens / sundries
• Tissues for every candidate
• Bottled water
• Communal areas disinfected after every use throughout the day

We ask that anyone showing any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus do not attend the centre and notify us of this prior to the commencement of the course

We are following PHE and the UK Government guidelines in addition to implementing our own extra measures
